Cerebral Brewing, LLC (“we” or “Cerebral”) is an award-winning craft brewery located in Colorado. We focus on mixed-fermentation Saison, hoppy beer, and barrel-aged stouts. Our online store (the “Shop”) includes all of our available beer, apparel, glassware, and merchandise (the “Products”), and all purchases occur on these grounds whether they are initiated in person or via the Shop. The buyer (“You,” “you,” or the “Purchaser”) is visiting our digital menu and agrees that your purchases of Products are made under the rules and laws put in place by the city of Denver and the state of Colorado.
Below are additional terms and conditions that supplement our site Terms and Conditions which any purchase of Products from our Shop shall be made following. Thank you for being supportive of the Cerebral team.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol Products. You represent to us that you are indeed 21 or older. Someone over the age of 21 will be required to be present at pick up.
PICK-UP AND SALE LOCATION:
All sales of Products are completed at our Aurora Arts taproom and shall be done here. Here is our address:

PICK-UP TIMEFRAME:
Pick-up Product(s) will be held at the Aurora Arts taproom for one week after the order is placed. Orders must be picked up during operating hours of the pop-up taproom (Fri: 4-8pm, Sat: 12-8pm, Sun: 12-6pm).
PROXIES:
Proxies will be allowed only if the proxy is named in the order notes and the proxy provides state or federal identification matching the proxy listed in the order notes at pick up.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
Local delivery is not available.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
