Released annually to celebrate the birth of our Head Brewer’s daughter, this Single Barrel Wild Ale represents one of the most expressive barrels in our collection. This year we hand selected a single California Pinot Noir wine barrel containing a mixed culture Saison that had been resting for 26 months.
